Abstract

The International Energy Agency addresses critical challenges for studying, developing, and implementing long-term renewable energy technologies. The main challenge in the energy sector is to optimize efficiency and reduce losses. In the present study, with the available density method, different monolayer bismuthene, including structural, optical, and electronic properties under different stresses of homogeneously biaxial, have been performed using the linear potential system amplified plane waves. The results showed that the Bismuthene single-layer free train has an intense gap band energy of 0.599 eV (9.597-20 J) and can be used to develop cheap solar cells as one of the 2D material layers. Besides, this material has high absorption and low light loss and has 8% metallic properties. Therefore, using this material as a coating of the upper layers in solar heat receptors is appropriate.
